Setup preparation time and availability by product

You can define the availability of the product such as the days required to prepare a product and the days on which the product is available. Set custom preparation times and days on which they are available.
1. Click on ‘Add product override’ available on the settings page
2. Now choose ‘Override lead time and delivery days’ and add the specific product tag to define preparation and availability.
3. You can also add the product’s SKU code to select unique variants of products instead of choosing a tag and finally click ‘Save’.
For users who installed the app after May 21, 2024, please use the below screenshots for your reference.
Note: Users who installed the app prior to this date, will have the preparation time and fulfilment days as a single override option.
