Once an order is placed by the customer. You need to manage orders to fulfill them at the right time.
- In order to view the open order, go to the Pickeasy’s homepage where you can see the open orders. You can filter orders by due date to plan order preparation.
- When the order needs to be fulfilled, you can search for an order by using any order detail like customer name, order number etc.
- Once an order is fulfilled you can close the order.
You can also switch to Calendar view to the view the pending orders in a Calendar.
