Any store would have holidays or ad hoc periods, during which you cannot fulfil orders.

Use our blackout option to blackout days and time slots.

Blackout can be done using date range and it can also be done for a date range with time slots.

First, let's see how we can use the date range to do it.

1. Go to the Blackout slots section in settings.

2. Let's take an example of a store holiday from February 16- February 18.

3. In the blackout section choose the from and to date and click on add.

4. You can see the selected blackout dates in "Your Blackout Slots" section.

5. Save the settings.

Note: You can add more than one date range for your blackout slot. For example, if your store is closed from Feb 16-Feb18, choose those dates and click on "Add".

If you want to choose a different date range, say from Feb 24 - Feb 26, select those dates, and click on "Add".

Next, let's see how to change the settings if you want to set a date range and time slot for blackout.

For example, if you want to close the store on Feb 16th from 4:00 pm to Feb 18th, 2:00 pm, choose the date range with the time slots option and select the date and time slot.

Refer image below to see how this setting is done.

Note: You can add more than one date range with a time slot for your blackout slot. For example, if your store is closed from 4 pm on Feb 16- 2 pm on Feb 18, choose those dates and time slots and click on "Add".

If you want to choose another date range with a time slot, say from 4 pm on Feb 24 - 2 pm on Feb 26, select those dates and time slots and and click on "Add".
